FAQ:

Is this program only for true beginners?

No! This program is appropriate for complete beginners, but it is designed for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable & confident with basic resistance training exercises/nutrition habits and wants more hands-on guidance.

Are these home or gym workouts?

Gym or home workouts can be provided! Our weekly zoom session will take place at home and you will need just one set of light dumbbells for that. I will provide you with additional, customized workouts to do on your own. You can do those at the gym or at home!

What will the nutrition coaching be like?

The exact coaching you receive will depend on your goals and experience, but we will focus on building habits around staying hydrated, mindful eating, portion sizes, carb/fat/protein sources, and more!

What if the workout are too easy or hard for me, or if there is an exercise I can’t do?

All workouts will be customized for YOU! We will start your training at an appropriate level and slowly work our way towards more intense workouts and more challenging exercises during the program. If there are any exercises that cause pain or discomfort, we can modify or eliminate those.

I’m going on vacation in October, will I lose my zoom call from that week?

Nope! Just be sure to let me know and we can extend your program out by one week. This program is flexible!

I’m not really interested in the nutrition component, can I still do this program?

Sure! Proper nutrition is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, but if you feel like you’re all set on your nutrition or don’t feel quite ready to tackle that yet, we can just focus on training.
